Following on to the success of our previous growing seasons, our 2021 harvest, provided us with excellent quality barley from our contractual farmers throughout Macedonia and Thrace. This year’s harvest can fully cover the needs of both the Greek and regional craft beer production, as Thracian Malt continues to supply an ever-growing number of international partners every year.
Here at Macedonian Thrace Brewery, we not only ensure the top-quality of our current barley varieties, but we are also investing in new variety development and their agronomic characteristics, supervising experimental fields to achieve even more impressive results in the future.
The daily interaction with our contractual farmers, their guidance at every stage of production and our strict commitment to our contractual agreements, are the three parameters that “build” relationships of trust and result in the best possible beer for Greece and the region.
